Small receipts.
Simple answers.
The iOS app is currently in development. This page describes the current app workflow.
How do I add receipts?
Tap the plus tab, then tap it again to open the menu. Choose photos from your library or use the camera. Both support one or multiple receipts. Finish your selection to return to the app while recognition continues.
What needs to be recognised?
The full shop name, address, date and time, actual total paid, and currency are required. Individual item details are optional. If the receipt has no address, a shop search may fill it in when the result can be matched.
Receipts move through pending, processing, succeeded, or failed states. Incomplete required details remain failed rather than being added as a completed memory.
Will the app create a duplicate photo?
For a photo selected from your library, the app updates the date and location of that exact photo. It does not create a duplicate. A new photo taken with the app camera is saved to your library and that same photo is updated.
Photo library access is needed for these changes. Recognition success and a successful photo library update are separate steps; check the receipt details if a photo has not changed.
Can I close the app?
Once the upload is complete, recognition can continue on the server. An unfinished upload resumes when you reopen the app. Updating the photo in your iPhone library requires the app to run, so open it again to apply finished results.
How do I delete my data?
In My, use Delete Data to remove your stored receipt and trip data, or Delete Account to remove the account. These actions do not delete photos from the iPhone library or undo date and location changes already applied to them.
